Great service

I ordered a used machine from them. It arrived overnight, clean and well packaged. The hardware functions flawlessly. Only a minor scratch on the screen.

I noticed the keyboard was a lower-quality non-OEM replacement; This wasn't important to me, but, it might matter to some users.

I think the negative reviews are from people who expected as-new computers. I'm just happy to have something that works.

Ordering a used machine from ItZoo was far cheaper than the quoted costs for repairing an old Thinkpad. Because I was able to replace my existing laptop with a nearly identical configuration, there was very little disruption in workflow.

Item arrived ahead of forecast delivery date, securely packaged and in good (external) condition). Small criticism: packaging proudly declaims that it is carbon-neutral yet used plastic as the cushioning medium. You are either environmentally sound or you are not, and whatever minor benefit was gained by using recycled paper for external packaging was entirely wiped out by the amount of non-recyclable plastic.

The laptop itself is in very good condition. Some signs of regular previous use in that it has some minor scuffs on the laptop body and back of the screen, and the keyboard / touchpad area has that slight sheen that characterises previous use. However, keyboard/touchpad are otherwise clean with no fading/erosion of key markings. I cannot fault the condition of the screen, which again was clean, free of marks and has no dead pixels that I can see. It isn't the brightest, and colour reproduction wouldn't suit a graphic artist, but for office work, browsing and YouTube consumption - excellent. Specification was as advertised, supporting aan enjoyable experience with the included Windows 10 Home OS. I haven't benchmarked it, but it feels quick and responsive, and doesn't flinch at the number of browser tabs I tend to have open at any one time. System also updated easily to Windows 11 Home.

My one complaint is a usability issue. specifically the positioning and mode of operation of the Fn key, but that's a Lenovo design issue.

The delivery was excellent, I was kept informed every step of the way and it arrived on time . The unit itself was better quality than expected and certainly met the Grade B criteria as outlined on the website.

The laptop arrived quickly and was extremely well packed.
Although described as grade B it was in pristine condition. I was easily able to upgrade it to Windows 11.

Very good condition laptop received. Very happy with purchase. Slight problem with faulty power supply was solved quickly and efficently with great customer service. Two out of two great experiences with purchases from ITzoo - will use again.

Very happy with the purchase experience. Bought Dell Latitude 7480 i7. Laptop in good condition and arrived three working days after order.

Second refurbished thinkpad ordered off ITZOO. Received well packed in very good condition. Updated to windows 11 without an issue. First one going strong after 3 years. Great value and pleased with purchase.

The delivery date was on point. The only problem I have is that the laptop crashed within a day of use. I have discovered that It had a faulty SSD. Now I need to order a new one. Otherwise the laptop is ok externally with a few scratches.
